Meet Ashley Richards
Ashley Richards is the owner and operator of ACR Property Management and a licensed real estate agent. Her experience with property management did not begin behind a desk — it began as a property owner and investor herself, and ACR was built around treating clients' properties with the same attention she learned to give her own.
From Property Owner to Property Manager
Ashley's introduction to property management did not begin behind a desk. It began through owning residential real estate herself. She purchased residential properties, worked to improve and renovate them, and turned those properties into rental homes serving residents in rural communities.
Through that experience, she learned firsthand that successful property ownership involves much more than simply collecting rent. Properties require ongoing attention, communication, maintenance, organization, preparation between residents, problem-solving, and the ability to respond when unexpected situations arise.
Managing her own investments gave Ashley an owner's perspective on property management. She understands that owners want their properties protected, their concerns addressed, their operations organized, and someone they can trust to take responsibility for the details.
Over time, that hands-on experience developed into ACR Property Management. Ashley expanded from managing her own investments into helping other property owners manage theirs.
Today, she combines her experience as a property owner with her professional experience as a licensed real estate agent to provide management solutions for residential, multifamily, commercial, and HOA/community properties, as well as investment portfolios and properties that need operational stabilization.
